Julie Fowlis to continue 2015-16 concert series

October 19, 2015 | Music Julie Fowlis will play at Harding  on Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. The concert will be held in the Administration Auditorium, and the cost is $3. Fowlis and her band began their tour in the United States on Oct. 8 in Johnsbury, Vermont. The band will play shows at 15 different venues across America and end their tour at Harding.

Aquila Theatre’s “The Tempest” continues concert series

February 18, 2015 | Harding University hosted Aquila Theatre Monday, Feb. 23 as part of the University’s 2014-15 concert series. The traveling troupe performed William Shakespeare’s “The Tempest” at 7 p.m. in the Administration Auditorium. Believed to be Shakespeare’s final play, “The Tempest” shares the story of Prospero, the Duke of Milan, who was exiled by his brother and stranded on an island with his daughter.
